Can you get addicted to energy drinks like ZipFizz?

We believe you do get addicted to any type of mind altering drugs, and we consider energy drinks a drug that will alter your mindset.
ZipFizz affects your brain and the way you think about yourself. You get a boost of energy and you feel good about it. Who wouldn't! The only problem with energy drinks like ZipFizz is that when you don't have it you feel like you have no energy, you get depressed until you get a new boost from it.
This is nothing different from using other prescription drugs or illegal drugs like amphetamine. Once you have used it you are hooked and can't stop using it. I agree that it might not be as dangerous to your body and civil life, but the addiction is still there.
I find it kinda' strange that people try everything just to get a buzz. Why not try to be happy with whom you are, good or bad. The only good thing with ZipFizz and other Energy Drinks is, as far as I know anyway, that you don't have a lot of physical side effects. Lots of prescription drug have fatal side effects so sometimes you wonder if it is not better to be sick from one illnes than to die from side effects of a drug.

We know that one of the ingredients in ZipFizz comes Guarana Seed Extract which is different from the Caffeine you get from coffee or tea.
